New Caledonia Tours

Your tour of New Caledonia will be spent lazing in the sun, having adventure, trying new water sports and exploring both French and Kanak culture and foods. You can holiday by yourself with a hire car, or take a tour with a tour guide to show you this amazing country.

Although it is in the tropics, travel New Caledonia and enjoy the best weather in the South Pacific.

From a New Caledonia map (from the Tourism Office) you will see that the main island is the Grande Terre. Noumea, the capital, is in the south-west and a great base for your vacation. Take one of the New Caledonian cruises among the many coral cays and uninhabited islands.

From July to September, join a whale watching tour from Noumea or Lifou. A scuba diving tour may incorporate these magnificent creatures. The only dolphin that circles when jumping out of the water is here as well! Have fun on a glass-bottom boat tour and view the wonderful coral reefs!

Take a cultural tour around Noumea and discover its diverse cultures. Check out the Tjibaou Cultural Centre, the three museums, the Zoo and Aquarium. The Noumea Explorer One-Day Pass allows you to hop on and off buses to visit the main sites.

When you book your accommodation, book your Dine Around Pass, allowing you to dine at various hotel restaurants.

Enjoy a half-day Taste of France Tour here in the South Pacific! Eat the fine French cuisine at Noumea, New Caledonia. Take a nature tour or one of the many aerial tours. Imagine flying over some of the best scenery in the South Pacific!
